About

A Realistic Approach to Health & Cooking for Busy Professionals

I haven’t always been on a journey to better health. For much of my life, my focus was on building a successful career in technology project management, while my health took a backseat. Growing up, I struggled with severe allergies and asthma. By my mid-20s, I faced borderline to high cholesterol, and over time, my eyesight deteriorated to high myopia (severe nearsightedness), significantly impacting my vision.

In 2020, everything changed. At 40, I committed to taking control of my well-being. I lost 20 pounds and started cholesterol medication, but when it caused eye pressure pain leading to a retinal tear, I knew I had to find a better way.

Through research and personal experimentation, I discovered that diet and lifestyle changes were key to lowering my cholesterol naturally. Today, my cholesterol is the lowest it has ever been—without medication. I also learned that small, strategic shifts could make a big impact on overall health—even with a demanding schedule.

Health & Chef Coaching—Because Wellness Should Fit Your Life

With my background in business and project management along with being trained in holistic nutrition and health coaching, I combine strategic planning with a realistic approach to health. I became a health coach in 2024 to help busy professionals create sustainable, personalized health strategies. But I also know that wellness isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about making it work in real life.

That’s why I also offer chef coaching—helping clients create simple, flavorful, and nourishing meals without spending hours in the kitchen. Whether it’s through:

- Personalized meal prep strategies

- Cooking techniques to boost flavor & nutrition

- Practical tips for making healthy eating effortless

I teach my clients how to enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals that support their health—without the overwhelm.

For me, that meant following a VB6 approach (vegan before 6 p.m.), incorporating seafood as my primary animal protein, and making small but impactful lifestyle shifts. My husband, on the other hand, simply switched to chicken at lunch instead of beef and saw his cholesterol improve—proof that health isn’t one-size-fits-all.

I believe that small, consistent changes lead to lasting results, and I’m here to help my clients find what works for them. Whether it’s through meal prep coaching, holistic health strategies, or personalized support, I guide busy professionals in achieving their health goals—without overhauling their schedules.
