Energizing Coffee Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is a powerhouse combo of fiber, healthy fats, and clean protein — perfect for busy mornings or a mid-day energy boost. It’s creamy, satisfying, and has just the right kick from cold brew coffee #to get you going without the jitters.

Ingredients:
1 whole frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 scoop essential amino acids
1 tsp inulin powder
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or insulated to-go cup and enjoy right away!
