Ingredients:
2 lb ground chicken
6 tbsp wheat bread crumbs
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp buffalo wing sauce
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup white onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp avocado oil
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and preheat the oven to 425°F.
Add garlic, onion, and green bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, buffalo wing sauce, cumin, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
Add the cooked garlic, onion, and green pepper to the bowl. Stir until fully combined.
Form the mixture into 8 patties.
Heat avocado oil in the pan and cook patties for 5 minutes on each side.
Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 10 minutes to finish cooking.
Serve immediately or freeze for later.
Freezing & Reheating: Store leftovers in the freezer and reheat directly from frozen—microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
