Looking for a quick, nutrient-packed breakfast or post-workout fuel? This smoothie is loaded with protein, fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants — no blending drama, no mile-long story. Just blend, pour, and top.

Ingredients
1 cup plant-based milk
1 serving berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop collagen powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (for topping)
Directions
Add all ingredients except the pomegranate seeds to a blender.
(Looking for a new blender? Here’s the one I use — it handles everything from smoothies to dressings and sauce bowls like a champ, without breaking the bank.)
Add all ingredients except pomegranate seeds to a blender. (If you are thinking of getting a new blender, check out the one I use. It is strong enough for any smoothies, dressing or bowl sauce I've made without breaking the bank.)
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or to-go cup.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top for a fresh, juicy finish.
